After contacting us to check availability, if you book your party, we will send you a confirmation letter and booking form for completion and return to us. A few days before the party, we will telephone you to check the numbers of children and confirm event address and time.
Our payment terms are in full on the day of the party. We will provide you with an invoice.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days + No charge
- 30 - 15 days 50% of invoice
- 14 - 0 days 100% of invoice
Please note that should you wish to postpone due to illness of the party child and re-book at a mutually convenient time, this is free of charge.
